General Meeting

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm (excluding July & August). The Agenda and Minutes of the previous meeting are emailed to members prior to commencement of the meeting. The number of agenda items usually dictates the length of the meeting but a couple of hours is normal. Members are encouraged to arrive early (and stay a few minutes late) if they so wish to assist in setting up the room.

*COVID restrictions are currently relaxed so the wearing of masks will be discretionary*
