SUMMARY:General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm (exc
 luding July &amp\; August). The Agenda and Minutes of the previous meeting
  are emailed to members prior to commencement of the meeting. The number o
 f agenda items usually dictates the length of the meeting but a couple of 
 hours is normal. Members are encouraged to arrive early (and stay a few mi
 nutes late) if they so wish to assist in setting up the room.
